What Is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is an approach to heal the human body and prevent disease through aligning the musculoskeletal system. Proper alignment instantly reduces discomfort and pain, and it provides an emotional shift that just makes people move and feel better.
Osteopathy and includes chiropractic style manipulations of joints using some force, which are referred to in Mexico as the direct techniques. Craniosacral style manipulations apply only light touch without any force, and these are referred to in Mexico as the indirect techniques.
In addition to the classic direct and indirect osteopathic techniques, Dr Scott uses a variety of alternative therapies. These include fire therapies, acupuncture needles, biomagnetism, and meditation-based approaches. Our goal is to reduce medications and prevent surgeries, and we also offer a variety of safe, natural, food-based supplements that don’t have side effects.
